Chicken Parmegian

INGREDIENTS

1 KG CHICKEN BREAST
2 EGGS
SPEED BREADCRUMBS
MOZZARELLA
LEMON JUICE
1 TABLESPOON
PARLEY
OREGANO
TABLESPOON SALT
TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
1/2 ONION
2 TOMATOES
CAN TOMATO
1 TABLESPOON PARLEY
1 TABLESPOON CRUSHED GARLIC

DIRECTIONS

SEASON THE CHICKEN (FILLETS)
BREAK THE EGGS ON A PLATE
DIP THE CHICKEN IN THE EGG AND THEN IN THEN IN THE FLOUR
