Brazilian tapioca pancake (with cheese)

Time: 20 minutes
Serving: 1

Ingredients:

- Tapioca gum
- Cheese
- Butter
- Oregano

Directions:


1. Heat the frying pan, put the butter and add three tablespoons of tapioca gum.

2. As soon as it is hard crispy, turn the tapioca and add the filling (cheese and oregano).
