Chicken Parmegian

INGREDIENTS

1 KG CHICKEN BREAST
2 EGGS
SPEED BREADCRUMBS
MOZZARELLA
LEMON JUICE
1 TABLESPOON
PARLEY
OREGANO
TABLESPOON SALT
TABLESPOON SOY SAUCE
1/2 ONION
2 TOMATOES
CAN TOMATO
1 TABLESPOON PARLEY
1 TABLESPOON CRUSHED GARLIC

DIRECTIONS

SEASON THE CHICKEN (FILLETS)
BREAK THE EGGS ON A PLATE
DIP THE CHICKEN IN THE EGG AND THEN IN THEN IN THE FLOUR
GREASE A BREAKING PAN AND THE FILLETS BAKE THEM
TWENTY MINUTES. TUM AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER
TWENTY MINUTES
PREPARE THE SAUCE AS THE FILES ARE IN THE ORDER
CUT THE ONION AND SLICED TOMATOES
SAUTE WITH TOMATOES, ONION , GARLIC AND PARLEY
SUT IN THE ORDFEM AND SERVE









Sorbet with Strawberry syrup


Time: 3 hours
Servings: 5 servings


Ingredients :

6 sliced lemons
16 strawberries
1 pitcher of water
1 Baking dish
1 blender
1 bowl
1 pitcher juice
2 teaspoons
Sugar


Directions

Cut 6 lemons and squeeze them.
Add water (200 ml) 2 teaspoons of sugar
Place the juice in a baking dish and put it in the freezer
 Place 16 strawberries in the blender 
Add 4 teaspoons of sugar and 200 ml of water
Turn on the blender
Put everything in a bowl and place in a bowl and place it in the freezer.for 1 hour. Remove and stir with a whisk. Return it to the freezer and stir about 2 hours. When the testure books like ice cream,      it’s ready to be served

Brazilian Pudding


Ingredients:



1 can of condensed milk




2 cans of milk (use the condensed milk can to measure) 



4 eggs

Syrup:



1 cup of sugar 
1/3 cup of water

Directions:


1. In a saucepan melt the sugar until it has a goldem-like color. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and stir it. Set it boil until the sugar is completely melted and the syrup is thick.

   

2. In a blender, beat 1 can of condensed milk,the top of condensed milk, the milk, 3 eggs and put it in a pan on the top of the syrup. Cover it with aluminium foil and put in the oven in water bath for 1 hour and 30 minutes. When it`s cool put it in the fridge for 6 hours. Unmold and serve it.



Queijadinha


Tempo: 30 minutes
Serve : 6 people

Ingredients : 


1 can condensed milk
100 grams grated coconut (8 tablespons)
2 tablespons melted butter
2 egg

Directions :

1. Put the condensed milk in a bowl. Then, add the grated coconut.


2. Sieve the egg yolks and add to the mixture. 











3. Finally the mixture in cupcake molds. Put then in the oven. For 30 minutes.





 



































































































































































































































Chocolate cake

 Time: 30 minutes 

Serving: 8 




Ingredients:

· 3 eggs

· 3 cups of wheat flour

· 2 cups of sugar

· 2/3 cup oil

· 2/3 cup of warm water

· 1 tablespoon baing powder



Frosting:


· 3 tablespoons butter

· 3 tablespoons milk

· 1 cup sugar

· ½ cup chocolate powder


Directions:

· Blend well all the ingredients and take the mixture to oven (pre heated) in a greased pan for about 30 minutes.


Frosting:

· In a saucepan, add the frosting ingredients stir continusty until it boils.


· Remove the frosting from the heat and add it to the top of the cake.

Pepperoni pizza

Time: 1:30 Minutes
Serving: 8 Pieces  


Ingredients: 











Directions:

1- Dissolve the yeast the salt and sugar in a small amount of worm water.


2 - Add a little bit of flour and oil.
3 - Mix everything and add the remaining flour alternately with water to unglue hands.


4 - Let it rise for 30 minutes.




5 - open the dough in discs.


6 - Pierce the dough with a fork and bake it for 15 minutes.


7 - Spread the tomato sauce then use mozzarella to cover the pizza.




8- After covering the pizza with mozzarella cheese, add pepperoni and oregano; put the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes.

                                                              

Carrot Cake With frosting



· Time: 1:00 h
· Serving: Twelve

INGREDIENTS:





CHOCOLATE SYRUP:






DIRECTIONS:


1º. Mix the four ingredients in a blender.


2º. Put the mixture in a bowl and mix with the flour and a baking powder.

3º. Bake it in a pan greased butter and flour.

4º. Place the syrup ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to come away from sides of the pan.

5º. Remove the cake from the over and to cool, and the add the syrup and finally, decorate the cake with sprinkles.
